Shipping & Returns

Christmas Delivery Dates

For your MeBeBodee to arrive under the tree in time of Christmas morning, we recommend ordering online by the following dates. Please note, these times are estimates directly from Australia Post.​​

Express Post:

NT, WA and TAS - midday Friday 20th December

Rest of Australia - midday Monday 23rd December​

​

Standard Post:

NT - midday Monday 16th December

WA - midday Wednesday 18th December

Rest of Australia - midday Friday 20th December

Shipping Policy

We ship our products using Australia Post which runs their deliveries on Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays. All orders are processed from our warehouse within 1-2 business days of receipt of payment. Any orders placed on a weekend will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Fees:

A flat rate of $10.60 applies for standard shipping on all orders under $100. Orders over $100 are eligible for FREE standard shipping.

Shipping Times and Delays:

Australia Post estimates the following delivery times for standard shipping:

  • 3 -5 business days for metro areas.

  • 5 - 7 business days for regional areas.

​

Australia Post estimates the following delivery times for express shipping at a cost of $14.10:

  • 1 -2 business days for metro areas.

  • 3 - 5 business days for regional areas.

​

Refer to the Australia Post website for more detailed shipping estimates. Our estimated timeframes are guidelines only. We can not offer refunds or guarantees on the postages of items. We can not be held responsible for any potential delays and will not provide a refund on shipping should your parcel arrive later than expected or estimated. We are unable to lodge a request through Australia Post should your parcel be delayed. While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated delivery times, please note that shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather events or Australia Post service disruptions. We will do our best to keep you informed of any delays.

Shipping Confirmation:

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. The tracking number will take you to Australia Post where you can track the progress of your shipment.

Shipping Restrictions:

As our products can be bulky, we do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.​

Being a small Melbourne based company, we are still learning about international shipping and are doing our best to expand internationally! We have the current rates for international shipping, however, if your package exceeds $300 the shipping costs may increase:

 

New Zealand - AUD $18.50

Rest of the world - AUD $29.95

Shipping Changes:

If you need to make any changes to your shipping address or order after it has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible. Please note, we may not be able to make changes to your order once it has been shipped.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns Policy:

If you receive an item of underwear that is defective, damaged, or not as described, you have the right to return it to us for a refund, exchange or repair in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. Please contact us on sales@mebebodee.com

 

Change of Mind:

We offer a store credit for change of mind on your purchase when you comply to the following conditions:

  • Products must be returned with 30 days of receiving the product.

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition.
     

You will need to pay for the eligible items to be returned at your own expense.

Change of Mind returns must be made through sales@mebebodee.com.au

 

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receipt of the item. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for returning the item. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged and sent via a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Refunds:

If you are eligible for a refund, we will process the refund to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt of the returned item.
