I've noticed your products stretch a bit, is this normal?Given the nature of recycled polyester mixed with spandex you will find that our products stretch a little after the first few wears. Our sizing takes this into consideration so you will find your items are tighter when you first put them on.

Do I really have to measure myself before selecting my size?Yes, yes, yes! Our sizing is very unique so we don't want you to jump in when you haven't purchased from us previously.

Do you have any physical store locations?Currently as a Melbourne based start-up, we do not have any store locations and only offer online shopping. Whilst everyone loves to try things on before they buy, we feel very confident that our underwear tops and shorts are so incredibly comfortable that you will be happy with your purchase. Just remember to measure up before you select your size!

What if I can't find the item I want?We only produce a limited, small range of products in an effort to reduce textile wastage across the globe. If there is a particular colour or size 'out of stock' that you really want to purchase, please contact our sales team (sales@mebebodee.com) and we will attempt to put it on our next production line.

Why does the material fray a little around the edges?We believe it is more important to reuse material than to care about the little imperfections of the material. Given the nature of recycled material you will find a little wearing/fraying around the edges of each bonded garment. Think of the delicate fray telling a story of its past, creating an alluring texture that is captivating and brings a sense of organic beauty to the soft material; making it truly one-of-a-kind!

How do I dispose of your mailing satchels?We use compostable mailers that will breakdown in a commercial compost in approx 90 days and in your home compost in approx 120 days.

How do I dispose of the MeBeBodee kraft envelope?All MeBeBodee products come individually packaged in a fully recycled kraft cardboard envelope; straight from our manufacturer in Sri Lanka to our warehouse. We ensure that no plastic packaging is used when our products are manufactured and delivered. The kraft envelope can be placed into your home paper recycling bin.

What do I do if I have a faulty item?We take a lot of pride in our products and have a very close relationship with our amazing manufacturers. We take great care in ensuring the quality of all MeBeBodee products. However, if you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible with: - a photo of your faulty item, - the product details; including style and size - the purchasing details; including date of purchase You can get in touch either through our contact form or on sales@mebebodee.com.

How do I return an item?Please go to our returns policy on the Shipping & Returns page. From there you can follow the steps to process your return.

How quickly will my order be processed?All orders are dispatched on the next business day. Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. If you can not find it in your inbox, please check your junk mail. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation including tracking details. Deliveries are made through Australia Post which ships items on Monday thru Friday. Any orders made on public holidays or weekends will be processed on the following business day.

How long will shipping take in Australia?We use Australia Post to ship all our products across Australia. They have the following estimated delivery times: Standard shipping: 3 -5 business days for metro areas. 5 - 7 business days for regional areas. ​ Express Shipping: 1 -2 business days for metro areas. 3 - 5 business days for regional areas.
